Lai Jia Co., Ltd is the liquor manufacture in Taiwan.  It is located in the small town “Wai-Pu”, which around the mountain、rice fields and river.   Lai Jia Co., Ltd only produces Kaoliang Liquor that is made from a grain called “sorghum”, we use Chinese traditional solid fermentation way to produce this special sorghum liquor.  The water we used is from the Tai-Ann River, which is the non-pollution river in Taiwan.

Our sorghum liquor is 100% pure sorghum liquor, no add any food additives or absolute alcohol or essence.  We have two different alcohol percentage, 38% and 58%.  You will sniffed the aroma of fresh grain and fruits after you open the lid, which is very enjoyable.
